Coming from North or from South, take Highway exit "Bolzano Nord", turn right and head to the city centre of Bolzano. After approx. 2 km turn left, direction "Val d'Ega / Nova Levante" and follow the SS 241 to Nova Levante.
 

🚄 1. Sustainable Arrival
• By train to Bolzano: The central hub for arrival is the Bolzano main railway station. It has excellent Eurocity train connections (DB/ÖBB) from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as from all over Italy via Trenitalia and Italo.
• The last mile (shuttle buses): From the Bolzano bus station (located directly next to the train station), regional buses from südtirolmobil depart at frequent intervals directly to the villages of the Eggental valley (e.g., Line 180 to Welschnofen/Karersee or Line 181 to Deutschnofen/Obereggen).

🚌 2. Local Guest Mobility: The "Südtirol Guest Pass"
The centerpiece of gentle mobility on-site is the Südtirol Guest Pass (Eggental Guest Pass):
• Included: If guests stay at a member accommodation of the Eggental tourism associations, this card is automatically included in the room price free of charge.
• Services: It entitles the holder to unlimited and free use of all public transport within the South Tyrol transport network (regional buses, city buses, regional trains throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected public cable cars).
• Arrival Advantage: The ticket can be issued digitally and, if correctly activated in advance, is often already valid for the journey from Bolzano station to the accommodation on the day of arrival.
• Note for non-member accommodations: Those staying in an accommodation without a Guest Pass partnership can alternatively purchase the regular Südtirol Mobilcard at the tourism office or online.

To travel sustainably in the vertical plane as well, the Mountain Pass is available:
With this additional ticket, up to 17 lift facilities in the heart of the Rosengarten and Latemar areas can be used without restriction within 7 days (choice of 3 or 5 days). This allows the car to remain in the hotel parking lot during the entire hiking or skiing vacation.
